IP-3118
The IP-3118 from Telex is the flagship console of their IP-3100 Series, tailored for mission-critical dispatch environments such as public safety, utilities, and large-scale communication centers. It offers an 18-line call control setup, a large 15.6″ full‐HD touchscreen display, and a powerful Intel Quad-Core J6412 processor with 256 GB SSD storage, along with 16 programmable keys, dual volume knobs, and robust connectivity including four USB ports and dual internal speakers. With integrated interfaces for multiple radio protocols (SIP, DMR-AIS, NEXEDGE, P25) and models configured for base (B), enterprise (E) and public safety (PS) usage, the IP-3118 blends high-performance hardware, ergonomic design and broad interoperability for demanding dispatch operations.
Console Management System
The Console Management System by Telex is a centralized web-server software solution designed to streamline the configuration, management and operational security of IP-based dispatch systems. It supports integration with Telex’s IP-3000 series consoles, IP-224 hardware and the C-Soft dispatch software. Key features include role-based user access, version control for contacts and console layout designs, IoT-gateway capabilities using the MQTT protocol for logic inputs and automation, packet forwarding, and AES-256/TLS encryption via CryptoSync for secure communications. The system also offers redundancy with backup server support so dispatch consoles remain operational even if the main server is offline.
C-Soft dispatch software

Dual IP remote adapter panel
The Telex IP-224 is a Linux-based IP radio gateway designed to integrate two audio devices (radios, repeaters, or consoles) into an IP-based dispatch and network environment, serving as the central interface for the Telex Radio Dispatch System. It supports both analog and digital radios and provides dual Ethernet ports with SNMP support and redundant network capability. It offers extensive configurability — multiple push-to-talk and monitor modes, tone functions (including CTCSS and guard tones), support for up to ~1,000 channels or talk-groups, and support for protocols such as P25, DMR, NXDN, TETRA, MOTOTRBO and others via advanced interface options. The unit features front-panel controls, web browser-based configuration, multiple serial/USB interfaces (RS-232/485, CAN, TTL, USB), and is backward compatible with earlier Telex IP-223 systems.
